You are encouraged to book your accommodation through the Congress Secretariat to ensure that you receive competitive rates. Accommodation can be booked through the registration form.

Cancellation of Accommodation
Deadline: 6 February 2012
Should you wish to cancel your accommodation booking, you must do so in writing to the Meeting Secretariat. Cancellation requests received by 6 February 2012 will receive a refund of the deposit paid. Delegates who advise of cancellation on or after 6 February 2012 will forfeit the full deposit amount plus the 'no-show' rate as set by the hotel. The 'no show' rate is calculated by multiplying the hotel's per night 'no show-rate' by the number of nights booked. Please ensure that accommodation dates are correct at time of booking.
